Conversations with finalists and cohort selection follow shortly after the deadline.
- October 2026
Opening convening
The cohort gathers in person to begin the Excavation phase together.
- October 2026 – April 2027
Seven months of practice
Monthly convenings, coaching labs, and individual coaching across all three phases.
- April 2027
Capstone & closing
Fellows present their Leadership Action Projects and close as a community.
Exact convening dates are shared with accepted fellows and at each info session.
What we ask of fellows
Monthly convenings
Seven in-person sessions, roughly one per month, held in the Las Vegas area.
Leadership Intensive
One full day dedicated to identity, positionality, and leading under pressure.
Coaching labs
Monthly peer consultancy labs, approximately 90 minutes each.
Individual coaching
Two one-on-one coaching sessions scheduled around your calendar.
Between sessions
Roughly 1–2 hours per month of reading, reflection, and forward practice.
Capstone project
An action project embedded in your current role, designed to fit the work, not add to it.
