The rhythm of a session

Grounding

Every session opens with a somatic practice that settles the body before the work begins.

Inquiry

Protocols, case study, and dialogue that surface what leaders actually carry into the room.

Practice

Live rehearsal, hard conversations, decisions, and moments of pressure with cohort support.

Forward practice

Each session closes with one commitment fellows take back into their context.

What fellows leave with

Everything fellows build is designed to be used Monday morning, in their own schools and organizations.

  • A Leadership Identity Portfolio

Language for who you are as a leader that you can use in interviews, staff meetings, and family conversations, so your team knows what you stand for and why.

  • A Grounded Leadership Playbook

Regulation and decision-making tools you can run in the moment: before a hard conversation with a teacher, during an escalated parent meeting, or in the middle of a crisis morning.

  • A completed Leadership Action Project

A real change already underway in your building, such as a redesigned team meeting, a new coaching cycle, or a stronger family engagement routine, with evidence of what shifted.

  • Protocols you can run with your own staff

The consultancy and grounding structures used in the cohort, adapted so you can lead them with your leadership team, grade-level teams, or PLCs.

  • A cohort you can call

Peers across schools and networks to pressure-test decisions with when a staffing, culture, or community challenge lands on your desk.

  • Clearer next-step readiness

Evidence of leadership growth you can bring to a principalship, network role, or expanded scope of responsibility.

Let's do the inner work for outer change together!
