Sessions
What happens in each session
Seven convenings and one full-day intensive, sequenced across three phases.

Opening Convening: Rooted in Story
The cohort forms. Fellows map the people, places, and moments that shaped them, and name the community they lead on behalf of.
Values & Purpose
Fellows surface the values already driving their decisions and put language to the leadership purpose they want to be known for.
Leadership Intensive: Identity & Positionality
One full day on race, identity, and power, and how each shows up in the rooms fellows lead.
Regulated Under Pressure
Embodied practice for hard conversations, escalated moments, and crisis mornings, so fellows stay grounded when it counts.
Belonging & Relational Trust
Fellows assess the belonging conditions in their buildings and practice the moves that build trust with staff, students, and families.
Community-Centered Decision Making
Fellows design decision processes that keep community voice at the center without slowing the work to a stop.
Building a Culture of Learning
Turning outward: protocols, feedback rhythms, and team practices fellows can run with their own staff.
Capstone & Closing Convening
Fellows present their Leadership Action Projects, name commitments forward, and close as a community that keeps holding them.
Between the convenings
Coaching & consultancy labs
Monthly peer labs where fellows bring a live dilemma and leave with next moves.
Individual coaching
Two one-on-one sessions to translate insight into concrete practice.
Reflection & practice
Roughly 1 to 2 hours a month of reading, reflection, and forward practice between convenings.
Session order is intentional. Exact dates are shared with accepted fellows.
Let's do the inner work for outer change together!
