- Who is the fellowship for?
- Emerging school leaders, teacher leaders, aspiring principals, and network or nonprofit leaders in education who are currently leading people, programs, or teams.
- How long is the fellowship?
- Seven months, moving through three phases, Excavation, Examination, and Construction, with monthly convenings, coaching labs, and individual coaching.
- Where does it meet?
- Convenings are held in person in the Las Vegas area, with coaching labs and individual coaching scheduled virtually between gatherings.
- How much time should I plan for?
- One convening per month, one full-day Leadership Intensive, a 90-minute coaching lab each month, and roughly 1 to 2 hours of reading and reflection between sessions. The capstone project is embedded in the work you're already doing.
- Do I need my supervisor's approval?
- Yes. Fellows need their supervisor's support because convening days, the full-day Leadership Intensive, and coaching labs have to be protected on your calendar. Supervisor buy-in also means your capstone action project can be tied to a real priority in your school or organization, so the learning has somewhere to land.
- Is there a cost?
- There is no cost to fellows. The Fall 2026 cohort is fully underwritten by Opportunity 180, an investment valued at $12,500 per fellow.
- What makes this different from other leadership programs?
- Most programs hand leaders another framework. We start with the leader, identity, regulation, and relationship, so the strategy actually holds under pressure.
