Dr. Ashonna Tubbs

Dr. Ashonna Tubbs is an educator, researcher, and leadership architect with more than twenty years of experience designing and facilitating transformative learning for adults in education and human-centered systems.

Her work sits at the intersection of learning science, embodied practice, identity-conscious leadership, and adult development — supporting leaders to do the inner work that leads to outer change.

As a Professor of Practice, she designed and led clinical programs across eleven states, developing teacher candidates and instructional leaders, and shaping the adult learning architecture of one of the nation's leading teacher preparation institutions.

She brings sustained national leadership across clinical teacher education with consistent responsibility for program quality, adult learning design, and the development of educators across diverse school contexts and communities.
